CABIN FISHING CRUISER,

last owner for the last 25 years,the boat has been on the river Thames,
finished in red,with a white hull and black quality anti-foul on the underneath,
it still has the original factory name plate with the serial number,
the boat has had the top half freshly painted in rosso red two pack paint,the inside has been painted in diamond white two pack paint,
the toilet cubicle is painted in pewter grey,
we have a Thetford porta potti to go with the boat,
the hull is the original gel coat which has been buffed and the minor scratches filled,
it has a sink,and a toilet compartment with the original bi folding door,there is no lock on the toilet door so you would have to whistle,the sink is connected to an electric pump for the water fed by 2 water tanks,the tanks are filled by a special opening on the side of the boat,the waste water is drained through proper drain holes in the hull,
there is space for a cooking hob,
twin full six foot birth inside the cosy cabin,the cushions are being recovered at the moment,there is also a table that can adjusted to fold away,
the cabin has the original sliding glass windows which have all been resealed ,it also has the original hatch which allows access to the foredeck,
fitted with stainless steel navigation lights and stern light,
cabin lights are fitted along with a light in the toilet cubicle,
there is a new horn fitted,
brand new bilge pump has been fitted,
all the electrical equipment has been connected to a fused bank of waterproof switches,
There is a depth sounder fitted but we have yet to check it,but it lights up etc.
There is a new battery fitted ,
There is plenty of storage inside the cabin,under the seats and a cupboard under the sink,there are loads of handy coat hooks in the toilet cubicle and on the deck area,
Th cabin doors are the original twin opening doors with the original key,we have the original key to them,when open the fasten back to save you keep opening them,
there are two top deck chrome hand rails,
a helm seat is fitted,and there is seating for three others at the back,
the steering is brand new teleflex,
the mercury control box for the engine is nearly new and the engine is key start,
there are plenty of cleats for mooring and fender placement,the rear corners are fitted with fenders,
This is a superb family boat ready to go cruising the rivers or fishing trips at sea,
There are not many of the 561 microplus around and specially one in mainly original condition
We will post photos of the boat on the water this week weather permitting,
